Dynamik Advocacy CIC was born out of lived experience. As a parent navigating the complex SEND system, I saw how easily families can feel overwhelmed, unheard, and isolated, not for lack of love or effort, but because the system is built on information, not on understanding. I realised that what parents needed wasn’t just advice, they needed structure, clarity, and confidence.

Victoria has spent over a decade supporting families and vulnerable adults across health and community settings. Her journey through the SEND system, both as a parent and a professional, inspired the creation of Dynamik Advocacy CIC, a bridge between compassion and structure. Victoria believes advocacy shouldn’t depend on who shouts loudest but on who’s best prepared. Her mission is to equip parents with the clarity, calm, and confidence to navigate the system and to ensure no parent ever feels powerless again.
We do not provide legal representation or act on behalf of families in tribunal hearings. Our role is to equip you with information, tools, and confidence to understand your rights and make informed decisions.
