Helping overwhelmed families find clarity, confidence, and hope through community support, parent circles, and practical resources.
Supporting parents and carers of neurodivergent children who often experience isolation, stress, and uncertainty while trying to access appropriate support for their child. Our work focuses on community-based parent support, peer learning, and confidence-building resources that help families feel more empowered to support their child’s wellbeing and development.
Through local Parent Circle sessions, workshops, and practical resources, we create supportive spaces where families can connect, share experiences, and build confidence when engaging with services.
Our dedication, transparency, and community-driven approach set us apart. By partnering with us, you help create programmes that make a real difference for families.
We know what it’s like to feel unheard in meetings or lost in paperwork. That’s why we built practical, ready-to-use templates for every stage of your advocacy journey.
We’re supported by a small group of parents, educators, and professionals who guide our work, share feedback, and ensure our resources stay rooted in lived experience and community need. Roles may include:
Supporting resource development through lived experience.
Advising on EHCP and inclusion frameworks.
Coordinating local workshops and partnerships.
Ensuring ethical and transparent practice.
Victoria has spent over a decade supporting families and vulnerable adults across health and community settings. Her journey through the SEND system, both as a parent and a professional, inspired the creation of Dynamik Advocacy CIC, a bridge between compassion and structure. Victoria believes advocacy shouldn’t depend on who shouts loudest but on who’s best prepared. Her mission is to equip parents with the clarity, calm, and confidence to navigate the system and to ensure no parent ever feels powerless again.
